1. Agree to the terms

By using the “Adwaa” application, the user agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions stipulated. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Create the account

To benefit from “Adwaa” services, you must create an account and provide true and accurate information. The user is responsible for protecting his account and any activities that occur through it. It is not allowed to share the account or password with anyone.

 3. Use the application

 Users must use the application in a legal and ethical manner. It is prohibited to post or share any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others. The application administration reserves the right to delete any content that violates these terms.

 4. Intellectual property

 All content available on the “Adwaa” application, including, but not limited to, texts, images, and graphics, is the exclusive property of the application or the licensee to use it. Copying, modification or redistribution of content is not permitted without prior permission.

 5. Dealing with content

 The User agrees that any content they submit to the Application (such as photos or videos) may be used by the Application Administration, including for marketing or promotional purposes. The user retains ownership rights over his content, but grants “Adwaa” a non-exclusive license to use it.

6. Privacy

Users' personal information such as name, email, and geographic location will be collected for the purposes of improving user experience, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent, except in cases of compliance with the law.

 7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

 “Adwaa” application management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the application after modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

 8. Termination of service

 The application administration reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who violate the terms and conditions, or who use the application in ways that are harmful to the service or other users.

 9. Compensation

 The user agrees to compensate the “Adwaa” application for any damages or losses arising from the user’s violation of these terms, or from his illegal use of the application.

 10. Applicable laws

 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the application is located, and the competent courts in that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising therefrom.
